Office parking is long parking
How long a vehicle actually stands still is what should decide your charger, not how fast the charger sounds on paper. A car that arrives at half past nine and leaves at six is stationary for far longer than any charging session needs, so the practical question is how many bays you can cover rather than how quickly one bay refills. That is what makes workplace charging affordable: covering more bays with modest AC points is a simpler job than installing a handful of fast DC units.
Slow charging typically runs between 1 and 22 kW and fast charging above 30 kW, and a working day rarely calls for the second.
Installing ten 7.4 kW AC chargers is fairly simple and more affordable; installing ten 30 kW DC chargers is a complex and expensive project.

Which charger suits an office car park
An office car park usually calls for AC points across the staff bays and, where visitors and pool cars matter, a DC unit near the entrance. The mix follows how long each group parks.
AC 7.4 kW (230V single phase, 32A, Type 2) is the usual choice where a car parks for a few hours rather than all night, and the workhorse for staff bays.
AC 22 kW (400V three phase, 32A, Type 2) is three-phase AC for office campuses serving several cars a day, and a useful top-up over a lunch break.
AC 3.3 kW (230V single phase, 16A, Type 2) runs off an ordinary 16A socket, which suits two-wheeler parking and corners of the site where no load upgrade is on offer.
DC 30 kW, 60 kW and 120 kW is fast charging for drivers who stop rather than stay: visitors, pool cars and fleet vehicles. A 30 kW unit gives a meaningful charge inside an hour.
Where staff make short local trips during the day, Zeway also rents e-scooters to corporates and SMEs, with the vehicle, charging station and onsite servicing included.
