Why a Licence Is Not Needed
Our low-speed models are capped at 25 km/h, which places them outside the registration and licensing requirement for motor vehicles in India. Riders aged 16 and above can ride them legally without a driving licence or an RC. We still recommend a helmet on every ride — speed is not the only thing that causes injuries.
The faster Zeway Plus and Zeway Prime models do require a valid driving licence, as they exceed the low-speed limit.
How Renting Works
- Pick your plan — daily, weekly or monthly, whichever matches how long you need the scooter.
- Complete a quick KYC — an ID proof and address proof are all that is needed to start.
- Collect the scooter — we hand over the vehicle, the detachable battery and its charger.
- Charge it anywhere — slide the battery out and plug it into any regular 16A socket at home or in the office.
- Ride — servicing and maintenance stay with us for the whole rental.
